Arben Xhako is the Executive Director and co-founder of Selah Ministry, established in 2012 and officially launched in 2017. With 29 years of experience in church pastoral care and worship leadership, he has dedicated his life to ministry and fostering musical talent. A skilled piano and theory teacher, Arben combines his formal music school education with training from YWAM’s Discipleship Training School to inspire others in worship and faith. Through Selah Ministry, he continues to serve and support communities in their spiritual and musical journeys.

Bruce Koblish is the President and Founder of Unwavering Resolve Foundation, a nonprofit in Franklin, TN, dedicated to serving the homeless by sharing their stories through retreats, music, and video. With over 35 years in the music and television industries, he was the first paid President of the Gospel Music Association, executive-producing the Dove Awards, launching SoundScan, and expanding its reach. He also led Reunion Records, working with artists like Michael W. Smith and Third Day, and served as President/CEO of The Worship Network (PAX TV). Earlier, Bruce produced records and arranged strings for artists such as Sandi Patty, 4Him, and Carman. After experiencing significant personal loss, he redirected his life to serving “the least of these,” inspired by Paul’s words: “Having nothing yet possessing everything.” Through Unwavering Resolve, he blends his professional expertise with a passion for uplifting those in need.

Diane Brask grew up on a dairy farm in Northwest, Wisconsin. Her farm background gave her great lessons for life- trust God, work hard, love your neighbors, take risks, stay out of debt, and always measure your harvest.

After graduating High School, Diane went on to Bethel University where she graduated with her degree in Social Work. She went on to direct a two county rural youth ministry for 15 years. After that, Diane moved on to become the Rural Director of National Network of Youth Ministries for several years.

In 2006, Diane became licensed under International Ministerial Fellowship and started a mission’s organization called Global Seed Planters. Her passion is to bring the Good News of Jesus to the least reached, most underserved rural communities….to the ends of the earth.

When she is not in some remote village of the world….you can find Diane at home on her farm where she grew up. It’s where her story, and the story of Global Seed Planters began.

Dick is a former Catholic priest turned humanitarian who has dedicated his life to serving the people of Haiti. After leaving the priesthood to marry his wife, Jane, Dick felt an unexpected calling during a chance presentation about adopting a parish in Haiti. What began as a reluctant trip in 1984 evolved into a lifelong mission to support impoverished communities through his nonprofit, the St. Joseph Worker Foundation.  

With decades of experience living and working in Haiti, Dick has helped build schools and bring essential medical care to remote villages. His work is inspired by the resilience, faith, and joy of the Haitian people, who continue to shape his perspective on service and Christian living. Today, Dick shares his story to encourage others to answer God’s call, no matter how unexpected the path may seem.

Heather Henry Bio

Heather Henry is a devoted mother of three—Trey, Elise, and Adalyn—who brings passion and purpose to every area of her life. A two-time graduate of Bethel University, Heather earned her bachelor's degree from Bethel College in 1998 and later completed a Master’s in Children’s and Family Ministry from Bethel Seminary in 2018.

Currently serving as a Work-Based Learning Coordinator for Anoka-Hennepin Schools, Heather is dedicated to empowering her students to build confidence and master essential employability skills, preparing them for meaningful futures.

Outside of her professional life, Heather nurtures her love for nature by gardening and cultivating a collection of houseplants. An avid baker, she finds joy in creating homemade bread and other baked goods for her family and friends. Whether at work or home, Heather is passionate about growth, connection, and making a positive impact in the lives of those around her.

Jenni Lord is a dedicated advocate for change in the child welfare space, challenging systems and policies to shift from a focus on physical safety to pursuing true well-being and healing from trauma. In 2008, she founded Chosen, an organization that empowers parents and caregivers to lead change in their family, helping their children heal through connection. She is an engaging speaker and podcast guest, inspiring others with passion for healing through authentic connection and family restoration that leads to systemic transformation.

A trial lawyer by background, Joe has served as an Advocate for Children and CEO of The Global Orphan Project (GO Project) since January of 2007. GO Project’s mission is to break the orphan cycle through the power of community, commerce, and the love of Jesus.  In his role as CEO, Joe also serves as the CEO of GO Project’s three signature collective impact platforms:  GO Exchange, a fair-trade job creation platform; Strong Family, an international family strengthening platform; and CarePortal, the pioneering Care-Sharing platform to reverse the foster crisis in the United States.  Joe is also an Executive Producer of the feature film – Sound of Hope:  The Story of Possum Trot – which was theatrically released in partnership with Angel Studios in the United States on July 4 – and is now streaming via Angel and Amazon.

Justin has been committed to the local church for over 17 years as a worship pastor.  Passionate about unifying the Body of Christ with the gift of music, he has learned to stand firm amidst the cultural and traditional challenges that many churches face in regards to worship and the Sunday gathering.  He is a pastor of pastors and has a heart to disciple, equip and encourage both young and seasoned worship leaders  that are called to serve the local church.

Justin serves primarily as the Executive Director with Likewise Worship and also as a Speaker & Consultant for churches that are struggling to bring all generations together in worship.

Mark Heimermann, a multiple Grammy and Dove award-winning producer and songwriter, has over 40 years of professional experience in the commercial music industry. Renowned for his versatility, Mark has worked across genres including rock, country, pop, alternative, R&B, reggae, indie, and EDM. His career began as a commercial jingle writer for major brands like Pepsi, McDonald’s, Jeep, and Dodge, and as a touring musician with Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith. In the studio, he has collaborated with a wide array of artists, including Garth Brooks, Owl City, DC Talk, Reba McEntire, and Megadeth. Celebrated for his contributions to Christian music, Mark is best known for his work with DC Talk, Michael W. Smith, Jaci Velasquez, Newsboys, and more, earning accolades such as ASCAP's Songwriter of the Year and GMA’s Song of the Year for DC Talk’s “Jesus Freak.” His Grammy-winning production includes DC Talk’s “Free at Last,” “Jesus Freak,” and “Solo” albums. 

Nita Bukowski serves as a dedicated missionary in Albania, bringing the love of Christ to a nation still healing from centuries of oppression. Nita’s personal journey of overcoming abuse has given her a deep compassion for the wounded, and her mission is to help the women of Albania understand their worth through God’s eyes. She passionately advocates for mothers as a representative of MomCo, empowering Albanian moms with support, encouragement, and biblical truth.  

Randy Klawitter, Executive Director of The Wilderness Fellowship Ministries (TWFM), has dedicated his life to its mission. The third of four children of TWFM founders Dick and Lois Klawitter, Randy moved to the ministry’s property in the mid-1970s. After graduating from the Lutheran Bible Institute (LBI), he toured the Midwest as part of a singing trio, marrying fellow LBI graduate Renee Westrom in 1981. Together, they raised four children in a log home they built by hand.

Since TWFM's founding, Randy has been instrumental in every facet of the ministry, from building cabins and clearing trails to managing infrastructure and welcoming guests. In 2001, he became Executive Director, combining his skills as a builder and licensed pastor. His greatest joy is ministering to guests, helping them encounter God through prayer and reflection. Inspired by his father’s words, Randy strives to “draw open the curtain so the drama of Jesus can unfold in someone else’s life.”

Samuel Xhako has been an integral part of Selah Ministries since 2013, serving as its worship leader. A versatile musician and teacher of guitar and music theory, Samuel plays multiple instruments and is currently honing his skills in music production. With a background in biotechnology and ongoing studies in business administration, he brings a unique blend of technical and organizational expertise to his role. Samuel is also spearheading the development of a studio for Selah Ministries, dedicated to expanding the ministry's musical and worship outreach.

Stephanie Page is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Stories Foundation. Stories is a not-for-profit organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota, whose mission is to fight human trafficking by educating communities, preventing exploitation, and empowering survivors through safe community and supportive resources. Stories Foundation is opening Storyteller Cafe, a social enterprise to support its work and be a hub for community engagement and survivor support in 2025. Steph believes every person has a story, and every story matters.

Tim Bisagno is the founder of Mission X Mission, dedicated to reaching young people with the Gospel in a language they understand. Growing up in Houston, TX, as the son of a prominent pastor, he pursued traditional ministry education at Baylor University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary but struggled to find his true calling. After a period of personal struggle, he fully surrendered to God, igniting a passion for evangelism. He studied at L’Abri Fellowship in Switzerland and trained with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), serving in Amsterdam for three years. In 1992, he launched the evangelistic rock band "The Friendlys," which later evolved into a media ministry. Tim created MXTV, aSafePlaceOnline, StandUpDude, and Change My Life to share the Gospel through TV and the internet, impacting unchurched young adults. A professional photographer and avid archer, Tim enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and life in Franklin, TN, with his wife Edye and their sons, River and Rocco.

Ty has a B.A. in History and Secondary Education from Lenoir-Rhyne University, a Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation from Wheaton College (IL), and a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University. He joined Promise686 in March 2014 and previously served as a Children's Ministry Pastor. Ty was adopted as a baby; thus, the call to raise up loving homes for vulnerable children is personal to him. He and his wife, Kristen, are parents of seven children, four of whom are a sibling set adopted from foster care.

Vitaliy was born and raised in Luhansk, eastern Ukraine, where he came to Christ in 2010 in a small, family-style church. After studying at Kyiv Theological Seminary in the Department of Teenage and Youth Ministry, Vitaliy and his family were displaced by war in 2014, relocating to Cherkasy. There, he found his calling as a missionary, serving in Kenya, India, and Sierra Leone. In 2017, God inspired him to launch Wise Carpenter, a workshop where Christian men mentor boys and young men in practical skills and biblical wisdom. Today, Vitaliy leads Wise Carpenter, helping churches establish similar discipleship-focused workshops. With 12 workshops now operating in Ukraine, Vitaliy partners with Epokha to expand the movement across Ukraine and Central and Eastern Europe. Married to Sofia for 12 years, they have four children. During the early months of the war, Vitaliy also led humanitarian missions to conflict zones, before returning to his passion for discipling young men.
