Eric Henry

I love connecting people, telling stories, and investing in others. I have a deep desire to see those around me flourish and reach their God-given potential, and it starts with my family. My wife Heather is kind and compassionate and has taught me how to see people like Jesus sees them. God has given Trey, Elise, and Adalyn each a love for His Word and hearts of worship. We love going on adventures together and leading worship together.

I graduated from Bethel University before the turn of the century and started my career at American Express. From there I went on to start new ventures and learn many lessons that would ultimately shape my career. I currently serve as President of Tightrope Media Systems and lead worship at Hope Fellowship, the church we’ve attended for over 25 years. It is quite clear looking back that God has woven all the people and experiences of my life together for His purposes, and I want to step into it faithfully in this next season.

Rahn Franklin, Jr.

I love Jesus and joining him on the journey of reconciling all of creation back to its creator. Where we are thriving and flourishing in every aspect of our lives. I find myself best able to help others become their best selves, revealing God's glory, and championing our neighbor’s good through sanctuary, school, and sports. The same areas in which I have always experienced shalom.

I hail from Northwest Iowa, North Kansas City, Shreveport, Louisiana, and Jonesboro, Arkansas, through people brought to America as enslaved people from Nigeria. I currently serve as the Vice President of Inclusive Excellence at Bethel University, where I focus on developing leaders, scholars, and servants who embody the values of "The House of God."  I am absolutely ecstatic about any opportunity to provide a platform to help unlock human potential.

Diane Brask

Diane Brask grew up on a dairy farm in Northwest, Wisconsin. Her farm background gave her great lessons for life- trust God, work hard, love your neighbors, take risks, stay out of debt, and always measure your harvest.

After graduating High School, Diane went on to Bethel University where she graduated with her degree in Social Work. She went on to direct a two county rural youth ministry for 15 years. After that, Diane moved on to become the Rural Director of National Network of Youth Ministries for several years.

In 2006, Diane became licensed under International Ministerial Fellowship and started a mission’s organization called Global Seed Planters. Her passion is to bring the Good News of Jesus to the least reached, most underserved rural communities….to the ends of the earth.

When she is not in some remote village of the world….you can find Diane at home on her farm where she grew up. It’s where her story, and the story of Global Seed Planters began.
